This is a gorgeous and mysterious , 6 oz crystal of smoky quartz, 4.4” by 1.3” by 1.4” with a slanted and healed base that is generously marked with goethite.  One side (although there are scattered garnets on other sides) features an array coat of red-orange spessartine garnets that absolutely demands a loupe to explore their beauty.  As you examine her carefully, you’ll see that some are darker than others, but the color is wonderful!  Then backlight her, and you see a few little, light-colored ones inside as well!  Her sides are beautifully Lemurian lined and a large key at her side gives her a notched look.  Her faces are beautifully glyphed she is a lovely, wondrous handful of energy.  She is in great condition (one very small nick at the termination) and you will absolutely be in love… she is from China.

Somehow, she seems incongruous – peaceful and serene and yet, blazing with the fire of the red-orange garnets.  But, she makes perfect sense.  Too many times, we go through life, doing things over and over the same way, taking everything for granted.  As we become so routinized, there is a building stress from feeling trapped, without creativity, without spark, without fire.  What is missing is passion – the kind of passion you feel when you discover something new and delightful!  This Spirit offers the energies to get you “over the hump” and into trying new things, stretching into different areas, exploring change and reconnecting with that joyous Inner Child!  On the one hand, she nudges you and on the other, there is a fierce protection so that the risk of change is mitigated.  Allow her to take you out of the ordinary and experience the fullness of Life!

Goethite Marked Smoky Quartz Wand with Spessartine Garnet – Inner Child

This is a wonderful grossular green garnet, 0.4 oz and 0.6” by 0.5” by 0.7” and from the Lake Jaco area, Coahuila, Mexico.  The color is the most soft and golden-green you have ever seen!  Her faces are lightly glyphed with some nice elestial areas and a few little garnet keys. She is in excellent condition and a wonderful handful of energy!

Energetically, garnets are one of my favorite energies!  Many of the primitive peoples held garnet in very high esteem.  We are rediscovering the secrets of their healing techniques now and with those, garnet appears to be rising in importance to the healing community.  Garnet is known to transmute negative energies and restore them to a healthful state.  She is wonderful for heart, instilling a loving feeling, but a deeper, more committed love as if emanating from the Earth herself.  You truly feel your place in the Universe and can now focus on why you are really here.  Place her under a pillow at night to help you make sense of the dream messages.  She is truly an important Spirit for a Light Worker and it’s critical that her energies are appearing at this time.  Use her also in a crystal healing or Reiki practice to assist with the balancing of patient energies.  Balance – critical in today’s stress-filled life!

Grossular Golden-Green Garnet from Mexico

Star garnets are quite rare – they are garnets included with rutile that accounts for the stars when they are polished.  There are only two places on Earth where they are found: India and Idaho. He is 3.6 grams and 0.45” by 0.5” by 0.5” and a golden healer lined key at his base.  His color is a deep, deep violet-red – gorgeous! Interestingly, the energy is very male!
