To say this one is unusual is an understatement. She is from Madagascar, polished (all but four sides of her scepter rod), and a fire quartz scepter, weighing 9.03 grams and measuring 1.4” by 0.6” by 0.55”. The fire comes from lepidocrosite and you can see that it has formed, albeit slightly offset, over the original termination of the scepter that became the rod. The crown is asymmetrically placed over the rod, but still frames the phantom beautifully and she self-stands on her polished base! With a loupe, you’ll see also that she has many manifestor inclusions of scheelite and lepidocrosite! Her polishing really brought out the beauty and you can study her with a loupe and admire all of those wondrous manifestors! Now, the real surprise comes from within the secondary growth that formed that formed her crown. There’s a bit of a coppery-colored inclusion visible in her termination and at first I assumed that it was limonite stained amphibole… but it is tiny copper-colored particles, full of glitter with kind of a metallic sheen! The camera didn’t come close to picking this up. They are thicker in some areas than others, and the color is surprising … a loupe is a must! I know that there are copper deposits in these areas, but am not at all sure that this is copper. All I can tell you is that it adds a stunning visual and energy to this incredible and unusual crystal!
This Spirit has all the lively, joyful energy typical of fire quartz, the energy is entirely shifted … it’s more electric, compelling and ‘uplifting’ (for a word). In this lot, I took one little scepter out and immediately adopted it as a ‘perk’ (and let’s face it, this ‘job’ has serious perks!) and I feel like I have a muse in my pocket. Creativity is elevated and energy is up … and it isn’t just the Starbucks. OK, I’m gushing … I love, love, love this quartz and feel like each has a special message for her special Keeper that will be precisely what the Keeper needs. Her scepter nature really adds a facet to her energy, showing you what inner creativity awaits you! She really feels like an accelerator quartz and I think you will love, love, love her!
