This is a really strange and gorgeous cluster from São José da Safira, Brazil … and it looks a bit dark at first until you explore more deeply. She is 7.5 oz and 3.2” by 3” by 1.6” and is gleaming blades of cleavelandite heavily included and studded with what looks like black tourmaline until you get a good backlight on her. With a loupe and backlight, you see that the dravite tourmaline rods are a dark green, some brown at the base and green further up, some dark but clear green and some brown. And then, there are some purely brown areas of dravite. Also if you look WAY down between the blades, I see one spot of blue tourmaline and one of pink. Then to one side, there are towers of dark mauve (and nearly dark purple) lepidolite! My camera didn’t capture the subtleties of the colors very well so I hope that you can believe me about the colors!

Further cleavelandite is considered to be a Crown Chakra stimulator, helping to bring integration of energies and spiritual growth. We perceive things on many levels including the occult.
