Topaz Spirits

This is a gorgeous altar-sized, hexagonal piece of polished labradorite from Madagascar, 2 lb 5.1 oz and 4.5” by 3” by 1.45”. Two sides are flat (so two different display positions) with all remaining sides curved. With no light, the piece looks humble and drab, but turn in the light (especially sunlight) and the auroras begin! There is even a small rainbow area! As you turn the piece, the colors appear and shimmer like a rainbow aurora against the midnight sky and in fact, labradorite has been nick-named the “frozen fire of the Auroras Borealis”. Little flashes of blue are like stars in the dark sky! Because of the curving, it was hard to get the full view of the orange, gold, green, blue and a bit of violet colors … you will see them all as you work with her. She will be a lovely addition to your special altar spaces!

No one who has ever seen the aurora will ever forget; it stirs a sense of longing and belonging similar to the call of the geese in the fall. Labradorite is wonderful for Third Eye application, enhancing intuition and psychic abilities. She opens the Third Eye wide, allowing her Keeper to see things in different dimension. I am mesmerized by her effect and the wonderful sense of well-being she instills. She is perfect for a crystal healing or Reiki practice and would be awesome for personal use by the Healer as well so that the Healer may better perceive the true nature of illness.
