Topaz Spirits

This is a positively gorgeous combination Spirit from the Trepca Mine, Kosovo, 1 lb 4.1 oz and 4.3” by 3.3” by 2”. This cluster begins as a rounded piece of mixed matrix and rhodochrosite base, topped by an utterly beautiful and sparkling, iridescent druse of chalcopyrite. I can see the colors as I turn him in the light, but the camera never caught a one … they are far more visible in person. The chalcopyrite is liberally dotted with moonglow elestial calcite as if to “tone down” the fire of the chalcopyrite! He is a crystalline jewel in every sense!

Chalcopyrite is a potent activator at all levels, assisting integration of the host minerals into the others. Together with the change energies of the calcite, this is a potent, potent grouping for working with all sorts of subtle energies. Calcite is a change master and expressed as a precious flower, this makes the changes gradual and gentle.
