Topaz Spirits

This is a 3.9 oz Brazilian light smoky quartz, 2.65” by 1.8” by 1.3”. He is clear although three sides hold a very large key making him look less clear than he is. At his base and side is a series of golden mica books with quartz druse at it’s top and rods of black tourmaline embedded in the base. His faces are well glyphed and even include a neat little stargazer. You will even note a few shy little rainbows. He is in excellent condition and awaits his special Keeper!

There are few better stones than black tourmaline (aka “schorl”) for dispelling negativity and quartz is a frequent companion of tourmaline. Both quartz and tourmaline are piezoelectric which means that they conduct electricity when put under pressure. That pressure can come from the energies that you impart during a crystal healing or Reiki treatment or meditation and amplify the intent, dissolving fear, promoting self worth and banishing a fatalist attitude. Add the splendid introspection qualities of mica and you open a whole new facet. Ancient lore has held that black tourmaline is a kind of “truth serum”. Its energies are so cleansing and refreshing that it is difficult to hide the truth, especially from your Self.
