Topaz Spirits

This is a 8.8 oz polished freeform of positively eye-popping shattuckite from Epuwe, Kaokoveld, Namibia measuring 3.4” by 1.6” by 1.4”. Many of the copper-rich minerals (like ajoite, papagoite and shattuckite) were discovered in the southwest US first before they were found in other parts of the world. Finds in Africa have been totally amazing … this Spirit has a wonderful shape that fits well in the hand and boasts shattuckite and chrysocolla set in a rich, deep russet cuprite matrix. The freeform will stand upright or lie on its side … he is truly splendid!

Shattuckite is one of those amazing Spirits that facilitates channeling and opening to the Spirit realm. That being said, many people are concerned about making such a contact since not all Spirits are benevolent and gentle. And not all channels provide true information which contributes to the confusion many feel about trying to open those avenues. This Spirit is protective – hugely protective – so that you can venture forth into these areas without the worry that you will be under psychic attack. The cuprite adds an important tie into the Core Chakra where true and lasting protection can be instilled. I like to keep shattuckite near my bed and a small piece in my pocket when I meditate.
