This is a wondrous and altar-sized 2 lb 13.8 oz DT quartz from Minas Gerais, Brazil and she measures 6.5” by 4.5” by 3.7”. She is a large, DT crystal with both terminations being tabby-esque. Two crystals are attached to a side, forming a “V” with the slender one being a singer. The singer has a a sort off druse kind of “cementing” itself to the other student and with a loupe, you will see little crystals of yellow-green tourmaline there! One side of the large crystal is slightly undulating with a russet hematite stained key. The adjoining side holds a number of shallow, oddly-shaped keys with a larger key to the adjoining side with a deeper russet-stained key next to that. There are some little students to the base termination and a sort of heart-shaped key to the top of the main termination. So much to take in - you just have to discover in person! There are a few odd little dings, but nothing of significance.
