This is wondrous quartz from Barros do Salina, Brazil weighing 3 lbs 3.8 oz, measuring 5.6” by 4.9” by 3.3”. Tenth back there is a segment of albite and a well healed contact area. The sides host nice and tactile Lemurian lines with some embedded glyphs. There terminal area is rather flower-like and covered by a flame of rich honey gold color that yields to a “flame” of blushed amethyst … as if those crystals hadn’t caught “fire” as yet. The crystals all have subtle glyphs and have an opalescent quality. When put under an ultraviolet light, some of the honey gold ones turn a darkish hot pink! This type of fluorescence is uncommon in quartz! There are a few very teeny dings, but is otherwise most beautiful and excellent!
