This is a very curious and yet intense gray phantom quartz from Northern Pakistan, 3.2 oz and 3.75” by 1.3” by 1.1”. The crystal is a DT although it looks like both “ends” were sheared off eons ago and have totally healed with the main termination being a series of lustrous, celestial terminations. There is one large DT student resting diagonally on the clear side, a bridge student at the base termination and several tiny small students scattered about. The crystal is a pleasant gray color from a mixture of goethite and white chlorite, forming a phantom that is visible with strong backlighting in the main termination. The chlorite-goethite mixture gathers like sand on three sides. There are Lemurian lines on three sides, highlighted by surprise rainbows and you will be well-pleased!
