This is a 6.1 oz, 3.7” by 1.7” by1.5” wintery-looking quartz from Brazil. From the side, it looks dented as a long key has created the crescent-like look on that side so that the crystal looks to have only three sides. Those sides, however are Lemurain lined with embedded glyphs. There are six faces but all weirdly shaped including one with a raised edge which may be a twin. Each of those faces host weird glyphs that are best studied with a loupe … although sparse, they are very unusual.
