This is an oddly-shaped smoky quartz from a new find in Nigeria that weighs 1 lb 6.2 oz and measures 6.3” by 3.8” by 2.8”. There are two two, long crystals crossed with one being twinned and each crystal having a single student. There is a golden tone to the smoky and the sides bear tactile Lemurian lines. Strange glyphs also appear on the sides among the lines. The base of both crystals looks like a crystalline root in that the “root” is clouded and raw-looing, though healed, and there are insets of what looks like albite. There are a few small dings here but this pair is still beyond extraordinary!
