Each shipment of Blue Tara quartz has been different, yet similar in energy and this crystal epitomizes the last of the three shipments I have received. The blue-gray color within the quartz comes from riebeckite inclusions and this wonderful cluster has a blue-gray sand tucked into the area just below the upper termination! The main crystal appears to have had some erosion where the “sand” is as it is noticeably larger below the sand and much narrower at the termination. There is a healed base with three students to the side and the remaining one just over the base. The cluster is 1.8 oz and 2.9” by 1.5” by1” with. They all provide so many loupe-worthy areas for exploration!
