This amazing and beautiful 1.6 oz, 1.2” by 1.1” by 0.9” polished and domed amphibole quartz from Brazil. The inclusions are a collection of fibrous minerals: tremolite, actinolite and polygorskite which sometimes look like long strands and others, like cotton puffs. The inclusions are rich and deep shades of caramel-gold and red and the color is concentrated throughout with petite feathery accents on one side. The base is somewhat “hooked” on one end and shows the colors of the interior. The expert polishing has created a somewhat faceted look and a wonderful landscape when explored with a loupe.
