This is an unusual 1.5 oz, Snow Queen wand, 3.3” by 0.75” by 0.25” from Dal’negorsk, Russia. The wand has a slanted and healed bace with a tall student tight to the side and extending to the termination making a subtle twin. The main termination is a luscious “white-cap” and Lemurian lines cover the sides. This is an old stock crystal as quartz from Russia has not been exported from mines there for at least two decades.
