From the Anahi Mine in Bolivia, comes this absolutely stunning ametrine with beautifully polished faces, 1 lb 15.5 oz point, 4.4” by 3” by 2.7”. Her sides are natural and show well-healed keys and nice Andromeda starbrary glyphs! When held to the light, she simply glows deep amethyst, coloring her through and through. But rotate her and you see the smoky-citrine flame within as well as some lovely rainbows. Because of the intensity of the amethyst coloring, the citrine looks a bit smoky, but it’s really pronounced. Ametrine is a combination of amethyst and citrine; citrine is the result of the earth’s natural heating that turns amethyst into the golden color you recognize as citrine. Bolivian amethyst is premier and this ametrine is a treat! She is in excellent condition.
