This is cluster of bright and clear quartz, 10.1 oz, 4.4” by 2.2” by 1.7” and from the Grimsel Pass in Switzerland, a very rare location. He is a lovely array of crystals with a quartz base that is embedded with a beautiful green chlorite. There are lovely Lemurian lines on his exposed sides. The terminations vary from generator to tabby. Generally, Swiss quartz leans towards shades of smoky, but this little cluster is “water-white” and clear with a bit of misting evident. Because of the quartz/chlorite base, he may appear slightly smoky from certain angles. He is in excellent condition.
