This is a 2 oz, very unusual aragonite, shaped by Mother Earth into a lovely DT column! She measures 1.8” by 1.1” by 0.9” and is from Spain. Unlike the little russet and cinnamon aragonite “sputniks” you see from Morocco, she is sort of that general form but her center is a violet (easier to see in person) and the violet blends with the deep russet color in areas to give her a sort of red wine color. To one side, there is a deposit of aragonite that seems to flow over that side. Her terminations are etched with sixling terminations! A sixling is a six-sided crystal and she is that … a flower-like shape top and bottom with nice etchings. She is in awesome condition.
