This is an altar-sized and sweet, sweet cluster, 1 lb 13.4 oz and 5.4” by 3.4” by 2.7” from Dal’negorsk, Russia. In spite of how she looks at first, she is a cluster of lustrous quartz crystals with included siderite. Calcite and siderite reside in the crevices along with glittery, little “snowballs”. Along the sides are rather wand-like opaque quartz crystals . When I was washing her, I turned her over and flashes of bright royal blue appeared … chalcopyrite! She glitters ALL over and is definitely eye candy for your loupe! You will delight in the landscape of exploration she offers! She is quite excellent!
