This is a truly unique 2.3 oz quartz wand from Inner Mongolia measuring 3.7” by 1.05” by 0.7” with a key across the base and another diamond-shaped on impinging the terminal faces. When sitting on my desk, she looks quite gray and homely but with a good light, you will see she is a deep golden-green. If you check the base, it becomes clear that the hedenbergite is quite heavily deposited on her outside and her interior is very clear! It is that hedenbergite that gives her a chameleon effect, Her sides are etched and very tactile as the etchings form glyphs. Her termination is a perfect generator! Use a loupe to totally savor her splendor! She is a true beauty!
