This is an oddly-shaped squarish quartz cluster from Brazil, 2.9 oz and 1.8” by 1.5” by 1.4” with a flat, completely healed base. I thought the pinky-russet areas in a number of crystals was hematite, but it’s pink dumortierite! Now if you look closely at the termination of one crystal to the back, you will notice blue dumortierite … not much, but it’s there! A loupe reveals all!
