This is a 3 oz, 2.5” by 1.65” by 1.35” amethyst from the Anahi Mine in Bolivia with a ring of little side students. Bolivian amethyst is premier in color and hers is concentrated in her termination in the form of subtle phantoms. There is a contact area to the back and the faces bear subtle glyphs. The sides are “frosted” and very lightly smoky, offering a nice contrast to the beautiful purple of the amethyst. There are some tiny dings, but nothing of significance.
