This is yet another unusual quartz from Brazil … ultra-clear and 3.5 oz and 2.35” by 1.8” by 1.2”. The crystal is deeply keyed on one side and a bit of solid-rock matrix, topped with little spheres of siderite, on the adjacent side. Removing the matrix would terminally destroy the crystal, so this matrix was left. As you turn her in the light, shy rainbows smile out at you and you can see that she is one long, rectangular crystal with a small student at the edge of the key. She is a beauty and a mystery all in one! There are a few tiny dings, but she is otherwise excellent.
