This tourmaline is unlike any I’ve ever seen … a 1.6 oz, 1.55” by1.45” by 0.8” DT crystal from Barra da Salina, Brazil, part of the famed Minas Gerais mining district. This tourmaline looks dark to begin with, but backlight the cluster and the colors simply leap out at you! At the top, purply-pink and vivid gold appear against the green that dominates the rest of the cluster. The base is flat and the cluster will stand on it. And at the top and one side, there are greenish-gold mica “flowers” with bits pop the pink tourmaline embedded it! Pictures do not do her justice … you will be in awe when see this tourmaline cluster in person!
