This DT dissolution quartz is from Serra do Cabral, Brazil and is both usual and striking in appearance. Dissolution quartz are created within the Earth by the action of Earth acids through the eons … each is likewise unique. This quartz is a rather hefty 6.8 oz and 3.75” by 1.4” by 1.4” and her sides are riddled with glyphs. There are two indents … keys on the sides and most of her color is in her center. She has a bit of calcite in areas and is a wonderful study with a loupe!
