This is an arrival from the Tutu Cliffs in Nigeria that is 5.1oz and 3.7” by 1.4” by1.4”. He is a rich and deep purple color that deepens strongly at the base giving the appearance of a swirl of ink that rises within him. Nigeria is known for its iron minerals and it’s iron that creates that lush color in the amethyst. This crystal is a classic cathedral lightbrary with students of various sizes featuring on four sides. Hold to a good backlight and see the regal, royal richness of the amethyst coloring and with a loupe, you will see a fairly large immobile enhydro right at a side edge! There are tactile and staggered Lemurian lines and a bit of golden healer coloring. Interestingly, one terminal face has a series of three small steps giving it a pyramid look! There are a number of very small dings here and there, including at the terminal apex yet nothing that detracts from the regal, old soul demeanor.
