This is a really different single point from China … 5.6 oz and 2.9” by 1.8” by 1.6”. If you turn the crystal over to the base, you will see that there is has a smoky core crystal! It will stand securely on the base (at an angle) and the entire crystal is covered with a secondary growth of milky quartz terminations, called a “sugarblade”, with the characteristic raised sides and scale-like little terminations. Examine the secondary growth carefully and you will see small crystals of palest green fluorite plus bits of calcite mingling among the little quartz crystals. The termination is a perfect generator and all together the quartz looks like a winter pine tree covered with snow … so beautiful!
