This is an incredible and striking vivid citrine quartz from a new shipment from Brazil that my supplier calls a BGE adaptogen. This crystal is 10.1 oz and 2.25” by 2.8” by 1.9” The entire crystal holds an icing-like secondary growth of light smoky elestial quartz that is heavily etched with glyphs. The base is well slanted and there is an area where the crystal was separated from another and it is partially healed. It also demonstrates that the citrine is the main crystal and the smoky is a secondary growth. The base is irregular and you will see a number of rods of black tourmaline there. And weirdly enough, while you are looking at the tourmaline, notice an area of light rose quartz! It didn’t show in the pictures but you will see with a loupe! This is one unique and varied crystal!?
