This is a gorgeous 4.3 oz twinned amphibole quartz from Pakistan measuring 3.8” by 1.6” by 1.5”. The twin is smaller than the main crystal and rides on the larger crystals side, perfectly blending into it. There are glyphs on the sides and terminal faces, occasionally accented by tiny bits of calcite, some places golden healer stained. The really curious thing about this crystal is the base … it’s hollowed out! It’s like the crystal grew at different times and left crevices inside. And the color … a nice golden-peach blended with soft cream in strands inside - just gorgeous! The inclusions are a collection of fibrous minerals: tremolite, actinolite and polygorskite which sometimes look like long strands and others, like cotton puffs. This crystal is truly unique!
