This colorful Karur, India, 2 lb 1.6 oz cluster is 4.25” by 4” by 3.4” and at first, the cluster just looks like red hematite-stained quartz base. But a good backlight and the cluster reveals the lovely amethyst towards the base as well as the clarity of the terminations. The colors will simply take your breath away! One side of the base has golden healer staining and most of the terminations have fenstering! With a loupe, you will see thin strands of lepidocrocite.There are a few little dings along the edge, but overall, this is a cluster will awe you!
