This is a small cluster of quartz, 1 oz, 1,6” by 1.5” by 0.95” Herkimer County, NY State. You may be far more familiar with the Herkimer “diamonds”, brilliantly clear and harvested from vugs in Herkimer. Well, not all quartz from Herkimer is DT, brilliantly clear or enhydro! This one is seven little crystals, the main one of which caps over a smaller one … creating a scepter! The terminal faces are nicely glyphed and if you examine in the sunlight, you will see rainbow flashes. This pretty little cluster is not only unique, but in excellent condition is in excellent condition.
