This is one of the awesome quartz from a new shipment from Brazil. This one is 2 lb 1 oz and is 5.6” by 4.2” by 2.3” is very different from a typical elestial. This lot also has citrine core and with this one, what I see is light smoky with pinkish overtones yet when I take pictures, BOOM - golden yellow and I can’t color correct it. Putting it in direct sunlight does the exact same thing. It makes me think that I’m either getting colorblind or this isn’t citrine but some kind of mineral inside that is reactive to sunlight. This is yet another of the unusual crystals in this newbie line-up. Not to add to the unusual, there are etched glyphs that are normal with elestials but there are all these circular ones with a darker smoky color outlining the holes … kind of like “hot spots” but not. You just have to experience this crystal to fully appreciate how mysterious and interesting it it!??Click on the link below to see additional pictures.
